We contact available as well as passive candidates not actively seeking a new job.

Once our short list of potential candidates is identified, we conduct thorough interviews, vet and screen each individual prior to presenting them for consideration. When a job offer is accepted, we work with client and candidate to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience.
